LPM’s March – April 2021 Edition has been awarded a 2022 Communicator Award for Distinction in the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA) in the category of Magazine-Industry. SPARK Publications of Charlotte, North Carolina, nominated LPM for the award. SPARK’s founder and CEO Fabi Preslar delivered the exciting news last week saying, “Your trust in having SPARK Publications as your creative team is truly appreciated!” Larry Preslar is creative director for LPM’s print production team.
“We are honored to have won such a prestigious and competitive award,” said LPM Editor-in-Chief Jack Trlica. “In 2021 as part of the 20th anniversary of LPM, we decided to redesign our print magazine to update and freshen the look to make it easier to read and a more enjoyable visual experience for our readers. Larry and the SPARK team did a great job, as always, and deserve much of the credit for winning this award.”
Trlica added, “We would also like to thank our writers and editorial team for putting together such interesting, engaging content, our advertisers for allowing us to be able to publish, and our readers for challenging us to continue producing innovative and informative content. We couldn’t have done it without all of you.”
