Stefanie manages the content development and operations for Loss Prevention Magazine in print and digital formats. She has over 20 years in Loss Prevention experience in various roles and retail formats including TJX, Toys R Us and Neiman Marcus among others. Stefanie is a Certified Forensic Interviewer Legacy, sits on the International Association of Interviewers Midwest Chapter Executive board, editor of the CFInsider and is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security Retail Council. Prior to launching the magazine in 2001, Jack was a corporate marketing executive with Pinkerton Consulting and Investigations. Jack's publishing and communications experience includes management roles with newspapers,, university publications, advertising agencies, and Texas instruments. Jacque Brittain, LPC

Editorial Director

Jacque is the magazine's editorial director. He also serves as director of learning design for the Loss Prevention Foundation (LPF). Prior to joining the magazine, Jacque was director of learning design and certification for Learn it Solutions, managing the development of the loss prevention industry’s only internationally sanctioned LP credentials—the LPQualified (LPQ) and LPCertified (LPC) certifications. He has also served as VP of operations for North America’s largest executive search and consulting firm specializing in retail loss prevention. Jacque holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Akron, and an associate of applied sciences degree in natural resources law enforcement from Hocking College. Courtney manages LPM’s daily e-newsletters, email marketing, and the magazine’s website. Before coming to LPM, she worked at SDM Magazine, a trade publication for security systems integrators. For this work, she was recognized by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) as a media trailblazer in 2020. Allie focuses on social media, daily e-newsletters, interviewing LP experts for magazine articles, and crafting email blasts. Prior to LPM, she was a digital content marketing intern for Tyler Technologies—the leading CAD software provider in the US—where she was awarded ‘Spotlight Intern’. John Selevitch

Manager of Digital Operations

John also serves as vice president of operations for He previously served as a military policeman with the US Air Force. He has more than 35 years of experience in retail loss prevention and has worked for a varied and prestigious collection of national and international retailers, helping to build and shape many different loss prevention programs across the US. Ben focuses on innovative approaches by retail, loss prevention, and supplier organizations for increasing revenues and implementing technology solutions. His editorial contributions include thought-leadership articles, interviews with retail executives, and case studies.
