September has kept us cautiously optimistic, with students returning back to school and retail employees adapting to a new professional lifestyle with companies across the globe. While change has been difficult, it has also led to growth and development in many ways, as demonstrated by the 70+ LP professionals On the Move this month. As we celebrate their accomplishments, we should recognize our own as we face the challenges of the day and continue to move forward.
