Christie Hale has been named vice president of internal audit & loss prevention at Nashville-based Cracker Barrel. Hale was formerly the vice president of internal audit with Sonic Drive-In.
Hale began her career as a staff accountant with Freed Maxick in 1993, and has held positions with increasing responsibility to include roles with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Livingston & Haynes, Arthur Anderson Business Consulting, and Protiviti. In 2003 she joined Bloomin’ Brands Inc. as director of internal audit where she continued to assume more leadership responsibilities, being named vice president of loss prevention in 2014. She then served as vice president of internal audit with Ruby Tuesday before moving to Sonic in 2017. Hale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Alfred University.
