What are you doing to improve yourself, whether professionally, personally, or specifically in terms of becoming an elite interviewer?

What are you doing to make sure you’re on top of current trends in the system? Are you up to date on legal news? What are you doing from a professional standpoint? When is the last time you spoke with someone you consider a mentor? When was the last time you mentored somebody else? You have a special skill. Part of having that skill is to be able to share it with others. Don’t be afraid to be somebody’s mentor, and more importantly, don’t be afraid to ask for one yourself. Never stop learning. Always pursue continued education. What can I do now to be better tomorrow?
