William Biggins was appointed Director of Loss Prevention with Harrisburg, Pennsylvania-based Ollie’s Bargain Outlet. He is a former Divisional Loss Prevention Manager at Delhaize America and has held leadership roles with Dick’s Sporting Goods, Home Goods and Stein Mart. William holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Florida in Industrial & Systems Engineering.
