Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates, Inc. (WZ), is proud to announce that Brett L. Ward, CFI, has stepped into a new role with the company as Divisional Vice President of Business Development and Client Relations.
“After almost two decades at WZ as a speaker, consultant and private sector seminar sales director, we felt it was time to harness Brett’s strengths and long term relationships in the field and expand his role in growing the business,” said Shane Sturman, CFI, Chief Executive Office of WZ. “Brett’s focus will now be on new business development, sales and client relations in all of our private sector products and services.”
WZ has seen an increased need for a wide variety of services including leadership skills, sales, negotiation tactics and investigative interviewing strategies for Human Resources, Employee Relations, Ethics, Audit, Operations, and Sales Executives. Brett will now be dedicated to servicing all of these rapidly growing business segments allowing greater focus on continued excellent customer service that our clients are accustomed to.
Brett’s role over the past several years has been instructing, consulting, and sales. However, Brett’s unyielding commitment to the customer left his schedule booked for speaking engagements almost every week. In his new role, Brett’s travel and time allotment for speaking will be minimal, and his focus will be on business development and client relations for WZ.
Congratulations Brett!
