Two Injured when Shoplifting Suspect Crashes Car While Fleeing Store

A shoplifting report Saturday at the Wenatchee Walmart store turned into a dangerous traffic incident.

Wenatchee police say Jessica Elaine Jones, 39, of Cashmere fled from the store after managers there accused her of stealing items, then crashed her 2005 Monte Carlo into two other vehicles when she ran a red light at the Horse Lake Road and Wenatchee Avenue intersection.

The other two drivers sustained minor injuries. Jones allegedly admitted using heroin and methamphetamine prior to the crash. She faces possible charges of DUI, hit and run, and driving without a valid license…  New Life Channels
