Four suspects of organized retail thefts at a Nordstrom in Bellevue, Washington, made their first court appearances on Wednesday. The suspects, who range in age from 19 to 27, were arrested in December after an extensive investigation by police.

Customer Shot and Killed During Texas Convenience Store Robbery
An armed robbery at a Fredericksburg, Texas convenience store turned deadly late Tuesday night. Police say an innocent bystander was killed by a robber wearing a skull mask, who then stole money from the cash drawers and fled on foot.

Tampa Bay Area Retail Theft Ring Busted
The Hillsborough County Sheriff Office’s Organized Retail Theft Working Group has busted a retail theft scheme across the Tampa Bay area and beyond. The two suspects are responsible for six thefts at Target and Home Depot stores across the county.

New Law Targeting Retail Theft Goes into Effect in Pennsylvania
A new law targeting retail theft is now being enforced in Pennsylvania. The legislation establishes a Deputy Attorney General within the Attorney General’s Office whose job is to oversee a team of five prosecutors throughout Pennsylvania.
