The Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) and the National District Attorneys Association (NDAA) have announced the launch of the 2024 Store Walk Initiative, a unique approach to tackling organized retail crime, habitual theft, and its impact on communities.

Since January, the CHP’s Organized Retail Crime Task Force has conducted 320 investigations, made 717 arrests, and recovered nearly 230,000 stolen goods valued at more than $6.8 million.
