A woman was arrested on Tuesday for using a baby stroller to conceal items at The Home Depot on 5710 San Bernardo Ave.
At about 6 p.m., police officers in Laredo, Texas, responded to a theft report at The Home Depot. There, a loss prevention specialist stated that he had a female detained for theft. Authorities identified her as Lucero Vasquez, 27. She allegedly concealed an impact drill and tape measure in a baby stroller. She then tried to exit the store without paying for the items.
