Stan Welch, LPC has been named Vice President, Business Development as part of the strategic partnership between Agilence, Inc. and The Zellman Group, LLC. During Stan’s 25+ years of professional experience and executive direction in the development of loss preventions systems and infrastructure with major retailers, he has reduced their shrink and shortage by millions of dollars and increased ROI. Most recently Stan was Vice President of Loss Prevention at JCPenney Corporation. He has also held leadership positions Sears Holding Company, Target Stores, and Marshall’s after beginning his career at Lazarus Department Stores. Stan also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Eastern Illinois University.
