Shoplifters Grab Goods Worth $1.4K

When two people left a Davie (Florida) Target store, $1,400 dollars worth of shoplifted electronics left with them.

According to Davie police, the items were stolen about 10 PM on February 24 from the Target at 5800 S. University Dr. Police Wednesday released security surveillance images of the suspected shoplifters, a man and a woman, in the hopes that someone will recognize them and call investigators.

In the pictures, the man is seen wearing a dark T-shirt and holding a cellphone to his ear. He appears to have a series of tattoos on his left arm. The woman was wearing a red pullover top with dark-colored slacks.

Investigators ask anyone with information about this crime or the identities of the two people pictured to contact the Davie Police Department at 954.693.8200. Tips can also be given, anonymously, to Broward Crime Stoppers at 954.493.8477… Sun Sentinel
