Second Arrest Made In ORC Thefts

A second suspect has been arrested by New Canaan (Connecticut) police in connection with the October grab-and-run thefts from the Ralph Lauren store on Elm Street in New Canaan, authorities announced.

Windsor resident Jahliil Parrott, 22, was arrested on Monday after members of the New Canaan Police Department went to a correctional facility in Nassau County, NY to pick him up. Parrott was being held at the New York jail on separate robbery charges, according to New Canaan police.

Parrott, Aysia D. Ryan, who was arrested by New Canaan police last week, and a third suspect are accused of stealing about $90,000 worth of merchandise from the New Canaan store and several others in Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire and other states.
