He is currently the owner and CEO of “G. A. Pachuca, Inc.”, a cargo theft prevention consultancy. Detective Pachuca is a recognized expert in cargo theft-related crimes. He has pioneered investigative programs, innovative strategies, and specialized training initiatives for major retailers, including Target, Macy’s, and Rite Aid, as well as for law enforcement agencies across the country.

Raul Aguilar is currently senior director of law enforcement partnerships with Auror. Edward Dolan retired from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as a Senior Executive with 22 plus years of service as a Special Agent and security expert. He was stationed in Central America for more than 14 years and has more than 17 years’ experience operating in Latin America leading DHS teams in counterterrorism, human smuggling and trafficking, biometric collections, drug smuggling, weapons and ammunition proliferation, money laundering, intellectual property rights, sex trafficking, and cultural artifacts smuggling interdiction operations and investigations. Edward last served DHS as the Central America Regional Attaché where he built historic DHS collaboration with the governments of Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Belize, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama. He built the first successful biometrics program in the region, first regional border security operations and built one of the largest DHS footprints overseas. Other significant positions held by Edward were HSI Special Agent, U.S. Customs Special Agent, Immigration and Customs Enforcement Deputy Chief of Staff, HSI Operations Chief for Central and South America and Army Officer. Edward has since joined the ANDE Team to help bring the ANDE solution to defense agencies, the intelligence community, and national governments.
