Erin is an experienced leader in mental health clinical strategy, program development, and operations. She consults for a wide variety of clients to help improve employee engagement and awareness around mental health care and substance use disorder, including creating anti-stigma campaigns, evaluating and applying digital technologies, and identifying operational solutions for improved behavioral health care. Previously, she was a leader in the behavioral health department of a nationally recognized regional health plan where she developed, implemented and evaluated specialized population health programs for mental health and substance use disorders. In addition to this, she also worked closely with employer groups as a behavioral health subject matter expert, helping employers understand their employee’s mental health and substance use disorder utilization, solving for pain points and executing targeted solutions for employee awareness and engagement.

Abraham Crespo has been with the Chicago Police Department for almost 24 years, the last six years as a detective, and has spent the last year as an instructor in the Investigative Development Group. He has a law degree from DePaul University and a master’s degree in Financial Fraud Examination from Saint Xavier University.
