Protection 1, the premier full-service business and home security company in the U.S., today announced the release of eSuiteTM 2.0, the next-generation version of its innovative alarm data analytics and reporting platform for enterprise and commercial customers. Developed through direct feedback from users, eSuite 2.0 is built to answer Protection 1’s customers’ needs. New capabilities include a new user experience, intuitive interface and mobile capabilities that will enable customers to access key features on-the-go.

This enhanced service provides our larger National Account customers a dedicated account manager and support team who are experts in their needs and operation to deliver superior service with every touch,” said Sara Moccardine, Director of National Account Customer Support. “This team is in daily contact with customer corporate and executive teams collecting feedback that we utilize to build and enrich our service offerings.”
eSuite, initially launched five years ago, was developed to provide actionable data for enterprise and commercial customers, such as open/close schedules and reports, details of alarm tests, incidents and alarms and to change or request a service call. Setting it apart from other services, eSuite 2.0 identifies exceptions through graphics-based information displays that are easy to use and provide transparency of information, helping customers sift through what can be large amounts of data to see what requires attention.

New features of eSuite 2.0 include:
- New graphical interface for intuitive functionality
- Mobile design and application for secure ease of use from mobile devices
- The ability to place a burglar alarm system on test and remove from test online
- An activity dashboard that allows users to view critical site activity in a summary activity map or trending graph, by user defined time periods. Dashboard graphics include:
o Police Dispatch
o Fire Dispatch
o Service Calls
o Open/Close Exceptions
o Communication Failure
o Failed Test Timer
With eSuite 2.0 Mobile, end-users can now also perform commonly requested functions on-the-go, directly from their mobile phone or tablet:
• View and edit site contacts
• Place site burglar alarm panels on test or remove from test, view test signals
• Create temporary site schedules
First unveiled at the ASIS 2015 Conference, Protection 1 will take a phased approach for transitioning its existing customers to the new platform during the month of April.
Protection 1 will showcase eSuite 2.0 functionality at the upcoming RILA Asset Protection Conference, April 17-20 in Grapevine, Texas in booth #503.
