Four New York City men conspired to steal hundreds of pairs of panties worth over $3,000 from the Victoria’s Secret store in Pennsdale, Pennsylvania, police said.
That theft was part of a one-day spree that deprived multiple retailers of over $15,000 worth of combined merchandise, according to police.
