Manslaughter Suspect Arrested after Shoplifting

An Arizonza shoplifting suspect was found to be wanted for manslaughter in Peoria a car-pedestrian crash.

On Monday, Phoenix police arrested 38-year-old Justin Seth Stasierowski near 35th Avenue and Bethany Home Road. He was accused of stealing hair product from Sally’s Beauty Supply.

Police say Stasierowski was also found to have meth and heroin in his possession… ABC15 Arizona
