Courtney Wolfe has joined the LPM team to focus on expanding the magazine’s digital content and reach. She most recently was managing editor for SDM magazine, a trade publication for security systems integrators. Courtney received her bachelor’s degree in multimedia journalism from Columbia College Chicago.
“We are excited to have Courtney join the magazine team,” said Jack Trlica, LPM editor-in-chief. “She is a talented writer and editor who brings an energetic point of view to delivering news and information to our retail loss prevention readers. With Courtney on our team, we fully expect to expand our editorial and take our already strong online presence to the next level that will benefit our readership and the LP industry.”
“I am so excited to join the LPM team,” Courtney said. “The LPM brand is so well known in the security publishing industry as one of the most professional magazines both in print and online. I’m thrilled to expand my knowledge of retail security and help continue the growth of the magazine’s digital channels. I’m really looking forward to getting to know our loss prevention readers and meet our many advertising partners,” she added.
The magazine’s digital channels are centered around a robust website, LossPreventionMedia.com, that averages over 50,000 visitors per month and includes extensive original and contributed editorial content, print magazine archives, on-demand webinars, podcasts, videos, whitepapers and special reports, as well as solutions providers’ sponsored content and business directories. In addition, LPM publishes a daily e-newsletter as well as posts content to 15,000-plus followers on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
