Global Asset Protection Team Helps Secure Jail Sentences for Brothers Who Sold Drugs on eBay

Two brothers have been sentenced to jail terms for the illegal importation and sale of unlicensed erectile dysfunction drugs. Both were found guilty of selling the drugs online. The pair was ordered to carry out 200 hours of community service and ordered to pay £1,000 apiece in costs.

During the investigation a raid was conducted on a property and MHRA investigators found over 19,000 doses of unlicensed ED medicines. They also discovered that the brothers were running a business called MedKnight Services and were selling the drugs to customers in the UK and across Europe.

”These men had previously been warned that their actions were against the law and yet they persisted in their actions,” said MHRA head of enforcement Alastair Jeffrey.
