Employee Charged in Theft of $1.5K in Merchandise

Two Nashua, New Hampshire, residents have been charged with stealing more than $1,500 in items over several months from the East Hollis Street Family Dollar while one of them was an employee at the store. Kimberly Ginewicz, 42, and Edgar Figueroa, 56, have each been charged with one count of Class A felony theft.

Nashua Police said they investigated a report of an employee theft at the store on July 9 and identified Ginewicz as the employee who assisted Figueroa in stealing merchandise over the course of several months. They were charged on Tuesday with consolidated theft while acting in concert with one another. A Class A felony is punishable by up to 15 years in state prison.
