The Coalition of Law Enforcement and Retail (CLEAR) recently announced the selection of its newest board member, Gregg “Ox” Oxfeld. Ox also serves as the senior national account manager with Stanley Convergent Security Solutions and has been with the company for more than 12 years. Oxfeld will support vendor relations and fundraising efforts in this new role.

“I have been involved with CLEAR and its members since its conception in 2008. Their primary objectives are aligned with not only my own business practices, but my personal beliefs as well.” said Oxfeld. “As a security professional, I have always worked toward partnerships, not only within my own team, but with clients and law enforcement. I am looking forward to expanding my role with the Coalition as well as growing the vendor community that supports this worthwhile organization. My hope is to engage both the organizations involved and the vendor community to ensure we deliver more security related offerings that further support the mission of our members.”

Oxfeld joins the board of directors after many years of supporting the organization’s growth and success, both personally and professionally. “We are very excited to have Ox join the CLEAR board of directors. Both he and Stanley Convergent Security Solutions have been champions of CLEAR for many years, supporting our efforts since the very beginning. We welcome his leadership and diverse retail background, which will only aid the organization’s mission of encouraging and promoting mutual cooperation, collaboration and education” said Curt Crum, CLEAR president and CID special services manager, Boise Police Department. Crum also added, “CLEAR strives to elevate both the law enforcement and loss prevention investigative professional as leaders in addressing crimes against businesses within the retail industry and improving the safety of our communities. By expanding our board with industry leaders like Ox, we will gain more diverse thought in achieving our goals.”

“Ox has shown his commitment to improving the loss prevention/asset protection industries through his partnership and support, the Coalition’s board is comprised of many great leaders in both the public and private sectors and we welcome Ox as a thought leader as we continue to grow CLEAR as a leading public-private partnership organization,” said Ben Dugan, CLEAR vice president.
