When it comes to leadership, there is a specific quality that most of us are able to recognize but few of us point to when deciphering what it means to be a leader.

We must always keep in mind that leadership is about so much more than making decisions and telling our teams what to do. Never overlook those quiet heroes. They deserve to know just how important they are.
