Kenna Carlsen received her master’s degree in criminology, law and society from the University of Florida in 2019. She currently serves as research team leader with the Loss Prevention Research Council (LPRC) where she supervises a team of researchers as they plan, coordinate, and execute studies addressing retail’s most pressing issues. Carlsen also facilitates four working groups at the LPRC—Violent Crime, Organized Retail Crime, Retail Fraud, and the upcoming Workplace Performance Working Group.
