He is a licensed psychologist in Illinois who serves as FifthTheory’s principal thought leader in the research, development, and delivery of personnel risk and talent management assessment solutions. Dr. Jones was the founding editor of the Journal of Business and Psychology and is the Chief Instructional Officer for FifthTheory’s Loss Prevention Psychology Institute.
