John Pollard and David F. McGowan

John Pollard is a former manager of worldwide investigations for Tiffany &Co. Prior to Tiffany, Pollard was a regional loss prevention manager for Bed, Bath & Beyond. He has also held LP positions with Toys “R” Us, Lord & Taylor, and Neiman Marcus. He began his career as an investigator for Macy’s East. David F. McGowan is the vice president of worldwide security services for Tiffany & Co. He oversees three directors who managedistribution and strategic planning, New York and manufacturingoperations, and retail branches worldwide. McGowan’s team implements and manages global physical security, awareness, and investigation programs as well as emergency and incident management programs. He has been practicing loss prevention for the past 20+ years in the discount, home improvement, and luxury retail segments.
