Join us for a look at the impact of AI on retail crime, investigations, and interviewing. Retail crime is evolving fast, and AI is not only impacting the way we analyze and investigate theft and fraud, but it is also enabling the fraudsters, changing the game for loss prevention professionals, bringing new threats as well as powerful new solutions. Are you ready? Join us Thursday, February 20th from 3-4:30 p.m. ET for two great sessions.
The Good, The Bad, and the AI: Professor Michael Townsley (Griffith University, Australia) will be joining us all the way from Brisbane Australia. Professor Townley will dive into how fraudsters and shoplifters are leveraging AI to commit more sophisticated crimes—and how retailers, law enforcement, and LP professionals can use AI to detect, prevent, and catch offenders faster than ever.
AI and Investigative Interviewing: From suspect interrogations to employee theft cases, AI is reshaping how professionals conduct interviews, analyze deception, and uncover the truth. What does this mean for forensic and professional interviewing techniques? Join the discussion with Dave Thompson, CFI, president of Wicklander-Zulawski and Tom Meehan, CEO of CONTROLTEK, as we look at AI’s impact on investigations and forensic interviewing.
