That’s why we’ve designed our Certification Cohorts to help LPQualified(LPQ) and LPCertified(LPC) students understand and apply course lessons, maximize their potential, and succeed as they continue along their career path.
Certification cohorts are group learning sessions designed to help take the LPQ and LPC learning experiences to another level. As adult learners and industry professionals, we understand the value of taking a strategic, more effective approach to learning. By applying proven education principles, our goal is to make your certification experience more engaging, practical, and tailored to your needs—whether you’re just getting started or already deep into your coursework.
What Is Certification?
The loss prevention industry’s LPQ and LPC certifications are internationally recognized, college-accredited courses focused on advancing industry knowledge, growing careers, and elevating the profession. Designed and developed through the collaboration of hundreds of loss prevention leaders, business partners, and academic educators, the LPF certifications set the bar for professional education and development, containing the core competencies that global industry leaders have identified as critical for today’s loss prevention professionals. As “living” educational programs, the courses are regularly updated with the support of the loss prevention community to keep the content up-to-date and relevant with the growth of the industry and the needs of the business.

A Seamless Learning Experience
As an LPQ or LPC student, you’re automatically enrolled in the Certification Cohorts. All you have to do is show up! Our sessions, hosted via video conference, are held regularly to help keep you on pace. Missed a session? No problem! All cohorts are recorded, so you can watch or review the material anytime. We also offer a pre-exam session to give you the final prep you need before the proctored exam.
