A Georgia man has been charged with 11 counts of shoplifting for allegedly stealing $10,000 worth of items from a Gwinnett County Home Depot store, police said. Rahheem Peake, 36, was arrested May 28 on eight felony shoplifting charges and three misdemeanor charges.
