Tim Lapinski, CFI LPC has been promoted to Divisional Vice President of Loss Prevention at Helzberg Diamonds. Tim was most recently Director of Loss Prevention for the retailer. In his 23 years in loss prevention Tim has held positions with increasing responsibility with Kohl’s as District Loss Prevention Manager, Hollywood Video as Regional Loss Prevention Manager, CVS Pharmacy as Regional Loss Prevention Manager, and Abercrombie & Fitch as Regional Loss Prevention Manager, Senior Regional Loss Prevention Manager, and Director of Loss Prevention Western US/Asia prior to joining Helzberg. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
