Gina Guardamondo, MSM, CFI, LPC has been promoted to Vice President or Loss Prevention at Finish Line. Gina started with Finish Line as Regional Loss Prevention Manager in 2005, and progressed to Director of Loss Prevention and then Senior Director of Loss Prevention for the retailer prior to her most recent promotion. Over the course of her 23+ years in loss prevention she has taken on positions with increasing responsibility serving with Target, Charlotte Russe, Express, Lowe’s, and Limited Brands as well as Finish Line. Gina holds an Associate of Arts in Administration of Justice/Law Enforcement from Mira Costa College, a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Psychology from San Diego State University-California State University, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Kaplan University.
