Efran Padilla, LPC has been promoted to Director of Loss Prevention & Operations at Lowe’s Companies Inc. Efran was formerly the Regional Director of Loss Prevention for Lowes out of the Houston market. Efran began his career with Lowes as a Loss Prevention Specialist in June of 2000. Since that time he has taken on positions with increasing responsibility within Lowe’s to include Manager of Loss Prevention, Area Manager of Loss Prevention and Safety, and his position as Regional Director prior to his most recent promotion. Efran is also LPC certified through the Loss Prevention Foundation.
