Ahmad Lightfoot, AVP of Loss Prevention, for T.J.Maxx, has been promoted to VP, Loss Prevention Director, T.J.Maxx. Ahmad joined T.J.Maxx in 1995 as a District Loss Prevention Supervisor. He held roles of increasing responsibility, including Regional Investigations Manager, and Regional Loss Prevention Manager, before being promoted to AVP, Loss Prevention, in 2007.
Ahmad has made significant contributions to our business by driving results through operational execution and talent development. He has been a leader among his peers, driving Marmaxx Field Loss Prevention collaboration strategies. He attended The Partnership Program and has been very involved in many charitable organizations. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Justice and Public Safety from Auburn University at Montgomery and is an ABA Certified Paralegal. Reporting to Ahmad are Steve Forgette, AVP, Loss Prevention, and Kevin Kurtz, AVP, Loss Prevention.
