The retail industry has been severely impacted by this year’s pandemic. Some retailers have stayed open while others have been closed since early March. As retail reopens it will be transformed into a different retail environment for customers, associates, and asset protection than what existed before the pandemic.
This Loss Prevention Foundation webinar features a panel of loss prevention executives from top retailers who will share best practices, what they’ve learned, and how to move forward during this COVID crisis and beyond. Some of the talking points will include:
- How retailers survived being closed.
- What plans are in place as they begin to reopen.
- What new protocols have or will be implemented to comply with health and safety requirements.
- How has this affected the LP, risk, and safety organizations and store employees.
