Everon announced that it has acquired DIGIOP, a software development company specializing in video and business intelligence solutions.
“As an integrator and technology company, we recognize the market shifts occurring every day across our industry. We’re not here to just witness the trends, but to provide our customers with proactive, intelligence-driven solutions that integrate into their businesses,” said Dan Bresingham, CEO. “We’re proud to welcome the DIGIOP team to Everon and to join forces with them as we chart a path of growth through technology.”
DIGIOP’s suite of subscription-based software solutions merges video with various data sources to deliver a stream of actionable insights, efficient data mining, and case management features across the entire enterprise. Coupled with a user interface, these solutions leverage business intelligence to support a variety of organization needs, including in operations, IT, asset protection, marketing, and more.
Through the acquisition, Mike Compton, president and CEO of DIGIOP, will join the Everon executive leadership team as chief technology officer.
“We’re excited to be joining the Everon team and for the opportunity to unlock the full potential of our intelligence-focused solutions,” Compton said. “As end-user and industry demands have trended toward more cloud-connected, data-forward, SaaS-based technologies, teaming up with Everon means we can deliver on more solutions and create greater value for our customers.”
