Burlington, NJ-based Burlington Coat Factory announced the promotion of Bill Wagner, CFI to Regional Vice President. He was previously the Territorial Director of Loss Prevention based in Dallas and has held loss prevention leadership roles with Abercrombie & Fitch, Target, GameStop and Circuit City. Bill holds a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice & Sociology from the University of Central Florida.
