Tony Sheppard, MSM, LPC, has over 27 years of retail loss prevention experience, with a focus in the last 12 years on Organized Retail Crime. He is certified as an expert witness on ORC and product diversion and has testified on several state and federal cases. Tony has also helped draft multiple state ORC/ORT bills that have become law. He has also been heavily involved in several LP industry organizations such as RILA, NRF, LPRC, and the Coalition of Law Enforcement and Retail (CLEAR).
