Ryan Gausman
Ryan Gausman is in the general investigations unit of the Snohomish County (Washington) Sheriffs’ Office. In addition to thirteen years experience in law enforcement, Gausman has 25 years experience in retail, including holding numerous positions in finance and operations for Nordstrom, Inc. Because of his retail background, he has taken special interest in retail crimes and spearheaded efforts to partner with retailers to target organized retail crime. Working closely with local Walmart asset protection personnel, Gausman recently obtained the county’s first ORC convictions.
