Julie Grail, PhD, is the chief executive of British BIDs, the national organization delivering quality services and standards to the BID sector. She is a management consultant specializing in partnership development and urban management who, after developing effective town center management programs in Surrey and Somerset, led the Circle Initiative, the UK’s first BID in Central London, a role she held until 2004.
