John H. Roberts and Judy Hughes

Jon H. Roberts is product protection manager for CVS/pharmacy, responsible for creating innovative solutions to reduce losses and increase sales. He has over twelve years' experience in the chain drug industry, with a background in training, operations, and loss prevention. Roberts is active in many groups and organizations that focus on external loss prevention issues, including the Loss Prevention Research Council. Judy Hughes is director of loss prevention for CVS. With over 22 years' experience with CVS, she currently has supervisory oversight for the northeast region of the company, which encompasses half of the company’s stores. In addition, Hughes manages the backstage support functions, including product protection strategies, corporate investigations, and executive protection programs.
