John H. Christman, CPP, is a security management consultant with over 30 years' experience in retail security and investigations. From 1971 to 1993, Christman was vice president and director of security and loss prevention for Macy's West. He has also worked as a security executive in regional supermarket and drug store companies and with a major DOD aerospace contractor.
