Greg Saputo and Kathleen M. Pobur

Greg Saputo is division vice president of loss prevention administration and logistics for Kmart. He joined the company in 1992 and held several LP management positions prior to assuming his current position in 2002. Saputo has held director or vice president level positions in internal audit and loss prevention in the retail drug and consumer electronics industries since 1978. He began his 30-year career in LP at Montgomery Ward while attending Oakland University in Rochester, MI. Kathleen M. Pobur is manager of loss prevention training and communications for Kmart. She is responsible for the development and implementation of all LP policies and procedures and the training curriculum for the entire 1,830-store chain. She started with Kmart in 1994 as an entry-level LP associate, advancing to LP manager, district and regional manager before assuming her current position. Following her graduation as a criminal justice major from Eastern Michigan University, Pobur worked for JC Penney and Target before joining Kmart.
