Dr. Tim Klatte, CFI, Appointed to the Board of Advisors for the International Association of Interviewers

The International Association of Interviewers (IAI) announced the appointment of Dr. Tim Klatte, CFI, to its Board of Advisors. Dr. Klatte brings over 30 years of international-related expertise, including nearly 19 years based in Shanghai, China, where he currently leads the Shanghai Forensic Advisory Services practice at Grant Thornton, China.

A multilingual professional with a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree, Dr. Klatte has a comprehensive understanding of multi-industry compliance operations, including policy management, training, data analytics, cybersecurity, and corporate intelligence. He has overseen hundreds of investigations and advisory projects across China, establishing a track record of excellence in forensic consulting, data-driven insights, and risk management solutions.
