The USS Foundation recently completed their successful 9th Annual Charity Golf Tournament, on Sunday, June 25.
The event, presented by sponsor Stanley Security this year, was as an opportunity to engage the retail loss prevention leadership community and acted as a fundraiser to help facilitate the foundation’s various charitable programs throughout the year, including the Adopt-A-Bike, Thanksgiving Care-A-Van, and Holiday Merrython events.
This year’s tournament took place at the prestigious National Golf Club at Tantallon, located in the heart of historic Fort Washington, MD, and was attended by some of the most influential leaders in the retail loss prevention sector. Additionally, for the first time ever, the USS Foundation collaborated with The First Tee, an organization that seeks to spread the game of golf and its inherent values to youth across the nation, to sponsor several local adolescent participants.
Attendees enjoyed a great afternoon of friendly competition and camaraderie, all in an effort to raise support and awareness for the foundation’s worthy cause.
USS Foundation Founder Adel Sayegh extended his heartfelt gratitude to the events sponsors and partners, which included the aforementioned Stanley Security, WESCO, Macy’s, LP Magazine, Securitas, Security Resources, The First Tee, PGA Tour Superstores, and Charity Golf International.
