Turning Point Justice Hires Paul Jones, LPC to Help Lead Restorative Justice Efforts

Turning Point Justice (TPJ) a rapidly growing technology company that assists victims of crime, communities, and law enforcement agencies through restorative justice, has announced the hiring of Paul Jones, LPC as their Vice President of Retail Strategy.

Jones is the former Global Director of Retail Partnerships for eBay Inc. He has also held leadership positions with the Retail Industry Leadership Association, Limited Brands, Sunglass Hut, Luxottica Retail, Mervyn’s, and Jordan Marsh. He is widely respected in the loss prevention community, also serving as vice chairman of The Loss Prevention Foundation. Jones has received numerous awards from LP Magazine for leveraging technology and leadership. He possesses extensive expertise in retail operations with proven success in loss prevention and cost containment.

Turning Point Justice aids retailers and communities in efforts to thwart shoplifting through the Cloud Justice incident processing platform; software that allows users to quickly identify first-time offenders and resolve incidents without the need for law enforcement response. Offered in partnership with the National Association for Shoplifting Prevention (NASP), the Crime Accountability Program, provides a restorative justice opportunity that ensures consistent restitution and legal compliance for retailers, and provides first-time shoplifters with education that enables offenders to avoid a criminal record and remain positive members of their communities. This restorative justice program helps reserve valuable criminal justice resources for more serious offenses, including organized retail crime.
