Bryan Hillman has been promoted to Director of Field Loss Prevention and Safety at PetSmart. Bryan started with PetSmart in 2010 as a Store Manager, and moved into a position as Regional Loss Prevention and Safety Manager in 2011. He then moved into a Senior Regional Loss Prevention and Safety Manager prior to his most recent promotion. He also spent 12 years working at Target Stores before joining PetSmart.
