Two men are alleged to have robbed several stores at knife point in Kenosha before being arrested after a robbery Sunday with a 3-year-old child in their getaway car.
Scott Haun, 46, of Kenosha, and Daniel Wells, 38, of Silver Lake, were each charged Tuesday with four counts of armed robbery with threat of force and with four counts of child neglect. Haun is also facing unrelated heroin charges. The robbery charges stem from a series of crimes that began Thursday with a robbery at a BP Gas Station, 2528 75th St.
An employee of the station told Kenosha Police that a man, his face covered with a bandanna, came behind the counter and pointed a knife at her, demanding money. He fled with $300 to $400 in cash.
