Police Arrest 24 Suspected in ORC Ring

The arrests were part of an operation with the Georgia Retailers Loss Prevention Council (GRLPC) and the Georgia Retailers Organized Retail Crime Alliance (GRAORCA) to reduce theft at retail stores.
