Canadian retailers are facing ever evolving security challenges as loss prevention teams manage increasingly complex ecommerce and return fraud, global cybercriminals, and organized crime rings that target vulnerabilities within their businesses.
All Canadian retailers are invited to participate in Retail Council of Canada’s 2020 Canadian Retail Security Survey designed to provide valuable insights for addressing this growing priority.
Individual responses will be confidentially consolidated into the final report, with participants receiving exclusive insights to help refine and focus security strategies.

Highlights of the findings will also be shared at RCC’s Loss Prevention Holiday Forum being held virtually on November 10th. Survey participants will receive an advance copy of the final Insights Report.
